SALON REFUND POLICY

Our goal is to provide you with exceptional service and care during your appointment. 

We do not issue refunds on salon services; however, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within 3 BUSINESS DAYS of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service.  Adjustments are made available to you at no cost only within the three-day policy window.  Blowouts are extra at $30.

Please provide us with a 24-hour notice for any cancellations. Failure to notify within 24 hours or show up within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time will result in a $50 No Show Fee. Fee must be paid prior to scheduling another appointment. 

All hair product sales are final.

 

BOUTIQUE RETURN POLICY 

Exchanges can be made within 14 DAYS of purchase with receipt.  Exchanges must be made for items of equal or greater value.  Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant, makeup, and perfume free. All original tags must be attached. Shoes must be brought back in the original shoebox.  We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. 

If your merchandise is defective, please contact us within 14 DAYS for an exchange.

All sale & clearance items are final sale. All gift cards and gift certificates are final sale.

No cash, credit, or debit card refunds will be issued, unless there is a mistake on our part.

Pick up orders: You have the option to choose in-store pickup at checkout. Orders can be picked up Tuesday-Saturday.  All orders must be picked up within 14 business days of when the item was purchased or the order will be canceled.

You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping are non-refundable.

ONLINE EXCHANGES: Our inventory is limited to ensure that we stay true to an authentic boutique selection. Please e-mail us to confirm that we still have the item in stock that you wish to exchange for. Once your return request is approved, ship your item back to us as soon as possible. Once we receive it, you will be shipped back the item you wish to exchange for if it is still in stock. If you wish to do an in-person exchange, please contact us and we would be happy to accommodate.
